Proof Your Order
A lot of times people ask us, "what will my custom diploma or transcript look like?". We wanted to give our customers the ability to proof their custom documents before they ship out. Our free proofs give you the opportunity to make sure everything is just how you want it, before the final copies are printed off, discreetly packaged and shipped to you.
How Does the Proofing Process Work?
Once you go to one of our custom document products and fill out the order form, you will add the item to your cart. Inside your cart at the bottom, you will see an option to add our free sample/proof service. Click to add this service. It is free and will not change your order total but will let us know you want a proof of your order.
Once we receive your order order, an assigned designer will begin working on your custom document(s). When the item is ready for you to preview, it is saved as a digital copy and sent to you through our ticket system. The ticket system allows you communicate one-on-one with your designer, request edits or changes and/or approve their work. Once we get your thumbs up on everything, it is prepared to be printed off, packaged and shipped.
When will my proof arrive?
Our production department works Monday thru Friday from 10AM to 3PM EDT. We send out samples during this time frame. Delays in getting your sample sent may include special order requests and several factors including weekends and major holidays when the staff is off. Our cutoff for approvals is weekdays 1PM EDT which means if you like our work and want it to leave THAT day, we need you to approve Monday thru Friday before our 1PM EDT cutoff. Any sample requests that come in during that time are sent out the same day. Approvals made after the cutoff and/or on weekends and holidays will be fulfilled when we return to the office.
How will I know my proof is ready?
The designer will send you an email with a special link and password allowing you to access the proof through the ticket system. We use this ticket system to protect your privacy. When placing your order, make sure to use an email you have access to and not an email you do not check regullary. Again, all alerts about the sample will come to your email so you will want to stay in touch with us.
What if I don't get an email about my sample?
Most likely it is because the email from us ended up in your junk folder. If not that, then it likely was not sent because we had a bad email on file. Please contact us about your troubles and we will assist you asap.
