Custom Orders & Returns


Because each order is 100% custom-made just for you, returns and exchanges are generally only accepted in cases of defective or damaged products, or if the customization is not as you requested. We ask that you carefully review all the details when placing an order, including names, dates, and other personalized information, as we cannot accept returns for mistakes made on the customer’s part.

How to Return an Item


If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We require that returns be sent back via tracked postage or courier to ensure it safely reaches us. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost items without a verifiable tracking number.

Please note: shipping costs (both for returns and the original delivery) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or the wrong item was shipped to you.

Exchanges


We understand that sometimes preferences change. If you wish to exchange your item, you can do so within 90 days from the delivery date, provided the product is in unused, brand-new condition. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges are allowed for products of the same value or similar, and we’ll inspect the item once it’s returned to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Products


We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our facility, but if your order arrives damaged or contains an error in customization, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. In such cases, you won’t need to return the original item to us, though we may request photos to assist with the claim.

Please keep in mind that the colors of products may vary slightly due to monitor settings. If the item you received is a completely different color from what you selected, please reach out to us for a resolution.

Refunds


If a return is approved based on the terms above, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
