Did you request to see a sample or proof of your order before it ships out? When placing an order on our site you are given this choice. Some customers choose to request a sample. Some choose to skip it because the sample process adds time and can delay the order.

How do your ticket system work with samples?

Once a designer member of our staff has created a sample, you are emailed a special link to view their sample. You can scan your email inbox for any emails from including those titled “SAMPLE IS READY”. That is one way to find the email from the designer with your sample or proof. You can also visit the view ticket page here and click FORGOT TRACKING ID in order to be emailed a list of active tickets to your email.

There are No Active Tickets Under My Email

There are several reasons why this may happen. #1 Maybe not enough time has passed. We need time to create your order, get a sample ready and send it. Please note our staff works Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Any orders placed after hours, may get a sample the following business day. Just be patient, it’s coming. #2 There’s also a chance that we have an email on file for you that are not checking. Please contact us today.
