At BAFD Prints we put so much emphasis on customer support and looking out for our clients. While many sites cut their hours, we extend ours to be here for you. Although our website is open 24/7 allowing you to request custom document services 7 days a week, our support team is available weekdays for helpful assistance.

When We're Here

Our offices including the sales department and print shop at BAFD Prints is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST. Currently at the shop it’s: ! All departments are off weekends and weekday evenings. We are also closed for New Years, July 4th, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Hours are limited Christmas Eve & Thanksgiving Eve and the Friday after Thanksgiving. Any messages left after hours will be addressed when we return.
