Instead of regular email, we use use a ticket system here which allows you to have a private conversation with our employees.
Emails are often unsafe because they are easily hacked and a history of our conversation can last in cyberspace indefinitely! With our ticket system, the entire conversation is kept on our secured website.
Once communication is ended, the ticket is deleted and the conversation erased. This protects any delicate information you provide dung the conversation with our staff. Once finish creating a ticket request, you will be sent an email with a link to view the ticket on our site. Once the staff replies, another email will arrive asking you to go back to the same ticket url and view any updates to the current conversation.
Sometimes ticket replies can get lost in your email. Please check your junk or spam folders. You can also search for any emails from “@buyafakediploma”. That being said, also make sure to add this domain to your safe list to ensure you get all email alerts from us. Sometimes your email provider may block certain emails for any number of reasons.
